Poetry Month
& Zero Fares
How has Zero Fares benefitted you, your household and your community? Tell us about it in a poem!
April is National Poetry Month. Together for Brothers (T4B), Albuquerque Bus Riders Union (ABRU) and community partners including City Poet Laureates and other Albuquerque poets are collaborating to support transit dependent bus riders and others to tell their stories with poetry about how Zero Fares benefit them, their households and their communities. Poetry will be shared with the mayor, city council and community. City Poet Laureates and other poets will be writing and recording poems as well as leading poetry workshops.
