T4B Community Partner Agreement 

Part 1: Community Partner Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "agreement") Is originally made and entered between Together for Brothers (T4B), a fiscally sponsored project of Albuquerque Community Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "ACF"), and contractor specified below (hereinafter referred to as "Community Partner")

 

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, ACF contracts the Contractor under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the agreement.

Part 2: The dates of the Agreement shall be from: 

 

Part 3: Payments for services are contingent upon confirmation of attendance and participation by ACF. Community Partner shall provide, while providing the Services, that he/she/they shall comply with the policies, standards and regulations of ACF and T4B including local, state and federal laws to the best of their abilities.

 

Part 4: ACF shall pay a stipend rate or compensation to the Contractor. This payment can and will go to organization or for those who indicate individual. This rate shall be: 

 

 

 

Part 5: In addition to signed agreement, Community Partner will need to also submit W9. ACF and T4B will support the Community Partner and draft invoice for one time payment.

 

Part 6: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of New Mexico.

 

Part 7: If there is a disagreement or conflict with this Agreement then mediation or restorative justice will be pursued.

 

Part 8: Community Partner also agrees to keep all information received during this Agreement as confidential unless otherwise arranged with ACF.

 

Part 9: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ACF and Community Partner or to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements. No modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by ACF and Contractor. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ACF and Community Partner hereto agree to the above terms and have caused this Agreement to be executed in their names by their duly authorized officers.

All payment processes will be completed by T4B upon successful completion of deliverables and receiving all required forms. Taxes will not be withheld on these payments. It is important to note, however, that these payments may be taxable to the recipient. Participants should seek the advice of a qualified tax advisor regarding taxability of income.
