“By taking part in T4B I was able to stay active, meet new people, learn healthy habits like cooking and reach my goals over the summer.”

— Diego Garcia,

"We always had an open mind and there was no wrong answers, we always had a smile on our face and we all had fun, and all had a meal for that day."

YOUTH ORGANIZERS

Youth Organizer and Project Managers are boys and young men of color (BYMOC) who lead cohorts and circles in their community or neighborhood. Youth Organizers participate in an internship and gather weekly to build relationships and learn to facilitate a circle and organize in their communities. Project Managers also help lead current T4B projects like Community Justice, Outdoor Recreation and more.
